When is the end of the Season? I really want the victorious skin!
Title says it all, I'm Silver 2 and want to climb to gold for the skin! :)

ZACK is wrong. The end of the Season is actually around the end of October, not September. So, you should have about seven or eight weeks.
You should have like another 2-4 weeks
Don't forget that Gold and below has no LP decay, so you can get there now and not play any more and you're good. Don't try to do it last minute or you may hit a rough patch and run out of time (don't force it either. Playing on a tilted losing streak isn't good).
