Wukong mini rework

A couple of champs have been getting those mini reworks outside of class updates (the only one I can remember right now is shyv) and I think Wu could really use a couple of small changes. My guess is that he will anyways be one of the champs receiving some love in the diver class update. But I still got a couple of ideas for him (since he is one of my main champs).

First off, I think E should be the thing that shreds armour, and Q becomes 2 empowered hits that go very fast (something along the lines of jayce Cannon W) That'll make a smoother chain of spells.

The most important thing is, I think is clone should be controllable and play a bigger role in his kit. The spell would still behave similarly to what it is like now (create clone and become stealthed on cast) But the clone could last longer than the stealth (maybe twice as long) and the stealth could slightly scale (being weaker in early, for a longer stealth in the late) Wu clone could also ult when you do, dmg doesnt stack though (still would be a massive buff imo) ofc those are just ideas. Maybe number tweaks could make this possible. But I do think this could make Wu's skill ceiling higher than it is now. Having to macro-manage his clone in an efficient manner (so that it could potentially even peel the backline for him) Whilst he is busy with the ennemy's backline.

Maybe riot has better plans for him, but as someone that already finds him extremely fun to play and main. I think this could make him an even better champion whilst keeping what I (and others) love about him.
