The problem with the community is that players do not realize the other champions in the game are actual people. What I mean by that is any/most conversation within game and the pre-game/post-game lobbies is revolving around the game itself.
If you want to play a game with people who are fun to be around, in an enjoyable gaming/learning environment, try starting the lobby off with something like "Good Evening", or ask your team mates who their favourite competitive team/players are, or how their games have been going.
The most important thing to remember (not even league, just life in general, and all that junk), is you will have a stronger and longer impression if you lead by example, opposed to asking the game developers to "get rid" of some players who might just be having a bad day.
So even if you're in a crappy mood yourself, make your team think you're super friendly and optimistic about your league of legends experience with them. If you've watched any of Sky Williams' videos, every game can use a little DST ahah ;)
