Could have had 16 AFK's out of 20.

Also, he could be playing champions he isn't familiar with and losing hard... or learning a new role that he is very bad at- such as ADC or Jungle (Both of which can severely impact your chances of winning if said player is bad at that role)

But yeah, you're right... He should probably go to Bots for a while and practice lol.

Have 4 people report him nonstop every game. Instaban and move on.

If he stops playing, he'll never fall down to the rank at which he belongs. He needs to keep playing until he reaches where he belongs... really that kinda applies to everyone.

Edit: Also stop naming and shaming. You can get banned for that.
