People Down Vote Everything On These Boards

I personally feel that a few people just down vote everything.. I don't understand their reasoning at all. Some of these people post good legitimate questions or concerns and yet I see people down voting for practically no reason.

Down voting is just influencing a negative vibe all over the discussion boards. Only random/dumb stuff is being up voted. I feel this is like youtube where a random video of someone being dumb is becoming viral because its a dumb post.
