Streaming to Facebook

So a fellow member of this wonderful group asked a wonderful question. In short it is, can you streaming League of Legends games to facebook. And I did some research and discover that

1. Facebook Live was for mobiles only and
2. that you can still stream from your pc using Wirecast and OBS Studio.

After little research, i learned that to stream to fb from obs, you need a page. But we dont have enough friends or followers to create a page. So is there a way to stream a game to fb or even a fb group?
