enemy top laner just afk farmed and didnt need to group because i was already in a 3v5

How did you not notice sooner that your teammates were doing badly? Basically, you were the better player on your team, you should've left the top lane and used your advantage to even out the other lanes. Roam mid with the jungler, TP bot, force an objective, whatever it takes. You'll win more games that way than when you just leave the other lanes to fend for themselves.
