New Reporting Option

I wasn't sure what board to put this in since the old ideas board seems to be gone. Anyway, I have a suggestion regarding the reporting system and the way chat restrictions and the like work. I don't know all the details of how the new automated punishment system works, but it seems to be effective. However, if/when cases aren't being reviewed some will be unnecessarily punished. My idea for a fix to this is a new reporting category, "Abuse of Reporting System", or something similar. The purpose of this is simple, it allows someone to flag potential false report for review, I don't know how many times I've queued up with a duo or more match made teams who have demonstrated toxic behavior towards me (sometimes the only non matchmade player), and then gang reported me resulting in my punishment. This behavior is, in my opinion, even more toxic than simply chat raging, because it actually has negative penalties for the person who was being discriminated against in the first place. I don't know if this idea is feasible or not, but as someone who's fallen victim to this I hope something can be done. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
