New Draft Mode Bug

Initial loadup after installing patch, everything seemed to work fine, draft mode allowed me to pick preferred roles and found me a match in about 2 minutes or so. After someone dodged that queue I was stuck (couldn't even 'X' out of the matchmaking), for about 8 minutes before restarting my client completely. Since then, I have restarted and attempted to join a draft twice now and it just gets a timeout error and again won't let me 'X' out of the queue search to retry. So at this point I can't even play the game, awesome patch, I guess I'll go give Dota2 my money.
