I've been watching a popular streamer always talk about how bad Elise is after nerf, I've never played her before until recently. But even in the games I lost I did decent. I built normal Magus jungle item with Liandrys/Void/Abyssel/Rabadons and my Volatile Spider does a-lot of damage was Elise before the nerf really that strong? Cause she is now one of my most liked champions. I would love to have opinions on any better builds or tips, cya.
Yup, she is.
I think so, but she's never meshed well with me.
However abyssal and rylai's are the only two core items on her and if you can get them both, you should be in a good spot.
For me, she doesn't feel like she scales well into the mid-late game. No matter how far ahead I get, I don't deal as much damage as I would on most other champions equally fed. Elise has the kit of a single target assassin, yet can't assassinate. (and yes, I know some play her tank/bruiser but I never thought that fit)
I think they just need to slightly improve her AP scaling to put her back in a good place.
