(Long post warning) The more I know.. The more I love bronze.

This is just What I think, what I have been noticing, and a few notes.. I know some people will always think bronze sucks, but who knows, maybe this might change a few people's minds about the bronze standpoint a bit. You don't truely appreciate what you have when you have it until you know what you have in comparison to those who are better. ANYWAYS.....

**Champion Viability. **

Honestly, it isn't that bad I play a lot of bronze normal games, Not many people AFK as much as people seem to rage about. People AFK on either team perhaps one every 5 games or so.. and usually they have a valid reason like "Family comes before league" Which is pretty valid and understandable.

I recently bickered with a Plat on Boards. They saying "I hate Sona support. She is worthless" I play Sona as one of my main supports behind Lulu. So naturally I try to defend Sona as a Champion. But the Plat is right. Sona doesn't really Stand up as much against a Blitzcrank, Thresh, or leona when it comes to hard core initiation supports.

But here in bronze if you play her at least decently, you can punish those lane bully supports for their mistakes.

This kind of got me thinking. I've been seeing a lot of posts complaining about the current meta, and how only a handful of champions are even playable anymore. That doesn't sound like bronze. Sure those picks are popular now, but It'll die down soon. I always see more of a variety of players in Bronze. Playing different champions in different roles, in different ways people wouldn't think of. Sure It might not be as good but it add more to the game seeing different things.

There's a reason I say "Many things are possible in bronze then anyelo else. "

When I think of higher elo, I think of people who barely make mistakes, know mechanics well. So I'm going to guess that it's more difficult playing champions who are weaker then others in the current meta which gives reasons to the posts why only certain champions are viable anymore which I guess can really limit your options.

Ranked Stress / Loss of rewards, May cause people to not wan't to improve.

Ranked is stressful, I don't do it often. That "Need" to win situation you're always put in, and then things never seem to go your way. You get frustrated, sad, and angry, and the closest thing to vent is your own team mates. And to top the mental anxiety off you realize you lost your season rewards due to one bad game you lost your cool.

Honestly. This doesn't want to make me do ranked. Quite the opposite actually. I am honestly happy playing normal games with friends. Just having fun and enjoying my game Win or Lose. Everyone has fun. Maybe one people who Rages. but that's usually it.

**A fun game in bronze normal game is like this... **

Me and friends played Team builder normal games yesterday. We had a pretty usual team. We got into the loading screen. On the enemy team we see 4 supports and 1 Yi ADC. Laughing a bit, I was actually quite scared. Me and my friends pulled off a full support team before. Who to say they wont?

Bot lane was rough. I was Kalista with a blitz support, and we were getting our butts kicked by a lulu sona bot lane.. (Go ahead and laugh higher elo people, that's what we bronzies are here, to entertain, and make you cry at how bad we do, and isn't it funny how I had a blitz and they won lane with a Sona?) OUR WHOLE TEAM... was feeding the supports and the YI. But we started racking up dragons.. and around mid - late game.. we started turning it around.. Everyone on our team was joking. saying who fed who and stuff normal bronze blame game. but we were joking because we were laughing at how bad we are. The enemy team also had a good time from the look of the all chat.. We ended up winning. the all support team began to fall off. They could of won actually... early - mid game the team kill score was like 3/11 with them having the 11. They just fell off somewhere and we started to catch up.

It was a good game, everyone gave and got honors at the end, and everyone had fun..

I'm not saying every game in bronze is like this, but they do happen. They're a lot of fun. They're more often when you have a full team of good and chill friends who don't mind being goofy and trying things out, and losing. People are too quick to hit the FF, when its the games where you don't FF are the best because there's always a tiny chance to turn it around mid-late game. Not that I'm one of those who never surrender. I know when I'm beaten, but I also know when I see a chance.

Ah, the innocence of childhood. Or, should I say, the innocence of bronzehood.
