Idiots have too much control in Champion Select.

I was sitting in champion select, when suddenly, our mid laner picks quinn for wanted champ. So, our top laner decides, he's going to go duo mid even tho our mid ended up picking lux. So he picks Ashe with heal and flash and says duo mid. Now we don't have a top laner and I pick Lucian for my ADC role. I have to dodge and go -3 lp because some guy who wanted to hover Quinn. We need to fix the kind of power people have, and/or before someone dodges out of champion select, give them a form to fill out that is reviewed by Riot Staff so you can possibly keep your 3 lp and not get punished with a 5 minute wait. Thank you for hopefully at least contemplating this system.

I would blame the guy who decided he would run mid and force a duo lane, not the one who declared a perfectly normal pick intent (Quinn's intended lane is mid).

This is why I hover urgot and then ban him every time I have to play dynamic queue. Oh and there's absolutely 0 chance of riot being able to review queue-dodges in real time. Unless they invent an AI, which raises a whole host of other problems.
