What The Community Is Really Like, Something Has Too Change

Hello everyone reading this, allow me too introduce myself. I am MayzeBlade, I have been in love with this game for about 2 years now and it's gotten me through some very tough times. I'm a very positive player, team oriented and I am a Bronze 1 player who climbed from the very very bottom of Bronze 5, however during that climb I began too notice something very unpleasant and a recent report through Riot just made things a lot worse. The report stated that 95% of all players in League of Legends have positive behavior, those of you who play as much as I do know for a fact this is not the case, here is why.

1.Tribunal system is always in recess Honestly, how can the rest of people get muted/banned etc. if us positive summoners can not do anything about it anymore. I been trying too work on Tribunal for the last 7 months and it is always in recess, but that's not the main problem here.

2.No one reporting players This is an honest true story here, I was in a ranked game last night with me and my soul eating buddy then there was a player who repeatedly kept insulting me whenever I would make a play that wasn't good, we all been there we all make plays that we regret but who likes it when they say "Uninstall" or "Kill yourself" then for people in the lobby too listen too all the insulting for them too call the one insulting "Cute". I understand the fact we all get angry, but saying things like that is taking it too far don't you think?

The reason there are no cases in Tribunal and the reason that the positive rate is 95% is because no one is reporting, either that or people have a very weird sense of the positive player. Sadly if thing goes on the way they are right now, League of Legends could have, if it's not already, the most toxic community of gaming.
