When jhin may be available to buy ?

Hello Summoners, I've read the patch note 6.2 which came few hours ago and understood that Jhin , the Virtuoso wont be released by this patch but will be released after patch 6.2's launch , but to you mean by the end of this week 29/1 or 30/1 or do you mean after a whole week 4/2 ?? i hope that someone would answer me soon enough. thank you for your time.
