Riot's Halloween Spirit?

I'm kind of a Halloween kinda guy, and I liked the special summer event we had this year and with the new Project minions, but I can't help but notice the past couple of years have been lack-luster with Halloween content. I may just be nostalgic for the old 5v5 map, and the minions/items, but it created an amazing ambience and I doubt anyone could disagree with that. I was excited to see them create that video last year with the event, but I was let down whenever there was no real follow up to the hype from the video, other than the (puppeteer spirit?) icons, which weren't even all that Halloween-esque, you could say, but it was at least step up from the Morellonomicon & "Draenei" from the previous year, lol sorry Rito <3. I did like that they tried to tie the Shadow Isles with it though, making it the time of the year for them, it was cool. I understand Twisted Treeline is like the epitome of the dark side of League of Legends that everyone knows and has loved since the dawn of time, but I don't want it to feel like if you want to have Halloween just go play 3's (trust me, I do it enough as is, lol). I am just very hopeful/wishing that they make this the year to spook up the place, and bring back some of that Halloween love, ya know? :)
