3v3 Ranked Lobby Issue (Play Again Button)

After playing a Ranked 3's match we tried to click play again, it said all of the players were in the lobby. I could tell something was off however, because my Icon was grayed out and when I looked at my friends list it said my teammates weren't in a lobby.

I tried inviting them via the manual invite system by choosing a team then selecting who to invite, and upon doing so it said there was no one available that wasn't online, or already in my party, who I could invite. So I said what the heck, I'll try starting the game. The client proceeded to tell me "Attempt to join the queue failed, Because your team had players that quit, your team was unable to join the queue"

I don't understand the message seeing how we just finished a match and simply tried just clicking the "Play Again" button. I should know better since every game mode seemed to have a bug where if you clicked "Play Again" it took you to searching for a custom lobby and I don't even know if that has been fixed yet. I can't fathom how the bug taking you to the custom game lobby works, but I can only assume the 3v3 problem is related to connecting to the PvP.net and the client just imploding or something, lol.

The only way me and my friends have gotten around this is by restarting the client...after every game, since it happens after every game.
