I was hoping to gift a skin to both allies and enemies at the end of a game

However I didn't think the client wouldn't ask me to buy RP if I didn't have enough for them. Will the ability of buying RP during a game results screen ever be implemented? I kinda just like to gift to strangers sometimes, especially after enjoyable games.
