Question about ranked.

So maybe i just have terrable luck, Maybe it's how ranked works but my games leading up to (and in) my promos look like this

Win Win Win Win Win.

Sadly after words (when i hit gold 3) It changes to.

Loss Loss Loss Loss Loss

And i drop back down to gold 4 once again only to get 5 wins in a row hit gold 3 and repeat. Literally happened EVERY SINGLE TIME for the last 2 months. So i suppose my question is

"Does the ranked system WANT you to lose right after you exit promos?" Because as a support main this is the most annoying shit ever.
