Legacy Vault Soon-ish?(Riot? Plz)

I couldn't even find anything mentioning that Jailbreak Graves was going into the vault but none-the-less he did around last August. It has also been since that time that the vault has opened. Can we expect a temporary vault opening soon for some of these skins? I'm also surprised you don't do mystery vault skin option when you do those events.
