No, you don't need to neckbeard yourself to death to be remotely good. Not only do I play this game, but I'm also an artist, a writer, a linguistics expert, and I study political science, philosophy, biology, chemistry, quantum physics, and Japanese culture among many other things in my spare time. Oh yeah, and I'm practicing game design.
