How long are ranked queues disabled?

They just went offline. Will they be back online around 3:00 PST (enough time for the patch to apply). or will they be disabled until further notice? Anyone know?

It's just for the patch. I don't know how long it will take for the patch to apply, but after that ranked queues should be back up.
