A MSG to all tanks and ADCs
Stop backing in the middle of a base race. You are the two most crucial elements of said base race. If someone is going to back, let it be anyone but you.
Thank you for your time.

Weather a tank should back or not is dependent on how much of a creep wave you have and who else is there.
If you're lacking a wave and need to tank towers then generally a tank should stay, there are a few times when you can back as a tank in this scenario, like if they have 1 nexus tower and your bot lane's something like Grave/Soraka.
If you have a huge creep wave and a support who could potentially peel for your carry having a tank back to slow them down can help quite a lot.
