So... because you were declining games - rather a lot of them, I might add - and thereby delaying the queue, and wasting other people's time, you were "punished" by not being allowed to continue that behavior just now?

It's a warning first of all, and second how do you decline multiple games? If you know you might miss the button for reasons why queue up? Just wait til you know you wont miss it.

Really? You have to decline 5-10 times in a row to get a warning like that, and if I remember correctly the punishment is the same as dodging in a normals.
You're delaying games that would have started up, so Riot is just saying "stop that". I don't see how it's unreasonable.
To be honest, it is a warning. Should you have gotten one.. mmmm.. probably not because there are far worse things you could be doing, I will admit it, the one person who just waits for the queue timer is really annoying, but it doesn't warrant being punished for it. They need a system that monitors intentional feeding,
