In Champ Select Reporting?

Well... This has happened to me so many times, I click a normal game and someone doesn't get the role they want. Instead of filling and being tolerant, they say, and I quote "I'll just dodge". I thought, 'okay, if he takes the punishment, that's fine.' But with ten seconds to spare in champ select, the random rager says "No, I'll just feed I don't want to dodge", proceeds to click teemo midlane and admits that they want to do it because the person who took their lane, who rightfully got it and did not say anything rude, deserves to suffer in the game with them. Being put into this situation, I left champ select to not have to waste one of the few games I would play today. I'm not sure what could be done to stop this, but this has happened to me many games... and I'm tired of getting a delayed play time because of the leaver buster. Maybe you could submit in champ select report or something... I just dont think it's fair that players get punished for not wanting to waste time playing a game with a player that openly admits in champ select that they will feed.
