{Suggestion} Voice Chat?

I made a post earlier about being verbally abused in most of my games, so I'm offering a pretty meh solution to ragers and people that get caught out because of typing. Voice chat. Insert clapping music

There are so many times in a game where people say things in chat that they'd never say when in a voice call with someone. Even though there may be that one person that will say stupid insults, I think that voice chat would stop most of the ragers. We'd be able to communicate faster and more effectively and we won't be able to just hide behind emotionless words. We won't be as detached from what we are saying to our team. You do it in Worlds, why not bring voice chat to the rest of the league community that actually struggles with basic communication skills... Just saying.
