So... A couple of games ago, i made a joke about our jungler not having a skin (team 4skin har har har). I, jokingly, said that because this player did not have a skin, he might as well AFK, that we were better off without him walking around naked, giving the rest of us a bad image. The player understood this and we went on to win the game, Riot apparently did not.

I may have gone a bit too far with the joke, but if Riot's chat screening isn't sophisticated enough to exclude this kind of thing, than that is a HUGE problem on their end. Please post my chat logs. Please, try and justify this outrageous overreaction by your cruddy system.

I demand either the complete removal of these bans, or a red on here with my chat logs, to justify it. This is atrocious.

EDIT: Double WTF! I have to waste my time playing Normal Draft, and i have to win!? I have to spend more than 35 hours (assuming 50% win rate) playing some irrelevant game mode, before i can continue playing LoL!? Because Riot's shitty chat detection couldn't understand what a joke is!? Even if i had been throwing around racial slurs, this would be completely out of proportion!

I demand my chat logs!!

Riot has tried to silence me by deleting this post. It would seem that they don't want any more criticism of their atrocious ban system.

Choosing a less hostile title may go a long way in getting help, and not getting the thread deleted.

Perhaps they deleted your post because this is an issue you should take to a support ticket instead of the forum.

There are two problems with your post:

First, that because you were joking that makes whatever you said acceptable. Riot has filters that catch the banter between friends, but that doesn't make it okay to harass other people.

Second, before you defend yourself with, "but our jungler was cool with it!", you should know that Riot hands out punishments for patterns of behavior, not isolated incidents (unless that incident is off-the-charts bad).

Eh, Riot has an enormous player-base, they don't have the time to thoroughly review your case; every second some fourteen year-old all hopped up on hormones gets pissed off an reports another for some ridiculous reason.

The thing is; Rito G4m3s is no longer a small company able to meet the needs of it's playerbase without having to resort to automated systems...

I had to wait TEN days before I got my chat logs, and not so much the response I was looking for, but Riot (if they did remove your post on purpose), is most likely trying to prevent as much controversy as possible; just try to keep calm, and smurf it out.

Bump, for riot's refusal to post my chat logs. They promise i've had an "overall negative influence on games", so it's K.

They closed the ticket without posting any evidence for the ban. All hail our computer overlords, for they hold, in their cold unfeeling hands, our fates.
