I don't even this kindred is really "bad" just out of the meta. When the most common junglers are Rengar, Graves, Kha, Lee, basically anyone with a 1 hit combo of sorts, Kindred really doesn't see much use unless the team is completely built around them.
I still believe they should give her back her heal, but make it on the third stack of her e, and only against epic monsters or higher, or champions.
