No Event for the pool party skins.?

The last time we had pool party skins, we had to play games and see what we get. Sorry that this dont make sense. But we had party ip boost at the end of the event. I was woundering if riot is going to do it again this time?

All we got right now is the minions in their poolparty style. I'm guessing something might come along once the skins for the champs are released.
