I think i understand why i can't catch anyone with blitzcrank

I try to think ahead. I try to predict where my target would go. Then they screw up and don't go where i want them to. What a bunch of jerks. It's all their fault. Here i am trying to plan strategically and they fail to move as expected. Attacking when they should retreat, standing still when they should move... It's like they're not even trying to evade! So yeah... It is their lack of skill that prevents me from properly anticipating their moves.
