So what exactly is "Tibbers"
I can't see a stuffed animal coming to life so is he/she like a magical item? A living Being???

annie stuffed a demon inside her teddy bear.
Tibbers is a race of a sort of "shadow bear", which lives within a petrified forest near where Annie and her family lives. However, because of Annie's talent with magic, she managed to "ensorcal", or pretty much enchant, and turned it into her pet, naming it Tibbers. She magically transforms Tibbers into a teddy bear that she carries around with him, and is able to summon Tibbers to her defense whenever she pleases.

Now if there's one thing you can be sure of, it's that nothing is more powerful than tibbers. Except an Apache helicopter. An Apache helicopter has machine guns AND missiles. It is an unbelievable impressive compliment of weaponry. An absolute death machine.
