Ideas/complaints

I just had to dodge a ranked game because i chose mf as adc, then a vayne goes top which is fine i guess but my team nasus top and vayne leaving me alone bot so of course i dodged. I agree with riots system when punishes someone who randomly dodges, but i disagree with me getting punished for something like that. Also an idea when you get into the upper 90's from lp but not 100 maybe league gives you a bit of lp up to like 3 maybe? Sorry I just had to vent from this as I don't think stuff like this is fair.
