Looking to form a ranked team

I am starting a ranked team I am currently silver 5 (climbed out of bronze 5) and don't plan on stopping until gold at least. I am looking for people in at least silver that are willing to be part of a semi serious team. With this being said I need people who are good at shotcalling (supports). I am very flexible about roles, what I am looking for are 2 specific mains adc and supp. with 2 more picks being able to top mid or jung. For details leave a comment on this. Thx!

I can play anything except jg and adc, but I main support. I'm in silver 3, and my ign is pwniesinfedoras. I am not the best at shotcalling, but my mechanics as a support are pretty good, and I know when to leave lane and help push an objective or when to stay and guard against ganks. Willing to learn and improve, and would very much like to do so with others who are also trying to climb.
