Ping Issues Today?

I was wondering if anyone has been experiencing issues today. My ping is typically 70 but it is now resting at 110 the past couple games I've played.

I also experienced issues with the Chicago server, and mine has been static 110 even during the Chicago server test. I live much closer to Chicago than Portland and my ping has nearly doubled today. I'm not having ping issues in any of my other games or general browsing, movie streams, etc...
