When will Tribunal be back Riot?

Come on Riot. Is it really hard to create a small team of TRUSTED people, within your company, to actually handle this? I understand that there are TONS of reports filed daily and that it's hard to get to every single one of them, but Tribunal being out is literally allowing a lot of kids to just continuing doing what their doing. Constantly toxic, Feeding, Trolling games, etc.

I don't know exactly how long it's been down for but since i have been playing again, about 2 month, it has been gone and i have seen nothing about the situation.

Any sort of update on it at all?
