Ekko: Strongest potential basic attack in the game?

So, I was dicking around on the league wiki, and just happened to read Ekko's abilities and ratios. Which got me thinking: In an ideal scenario, how much damage could Ekko do with a single basic attack?

Well, after quite a bit of calculating, I came up with an answer: 2955.1 Damage. Now, this is assuming that the enemy is a 4000-health enemy missing 3999 health, that you have 962 AP (You could have more, but you need a Lich Bane), that said enemy has 0 Armor and MR, that there are already two stack of Ekko's passive on the target, and that the last stack is triggered with his E, which is also augmented by Lich Bane.

Damage Amounts:

Basic Attack:

110 Physical Damage

Passive:

15 + ( 12*18 (<- Ekko's Level)) + ( .7 ( 962 )) = 904.4 Magic Damage

W Passive:

3999 * (4% + ( 2.222% (9.62 ))) = 1014.8 Magic Damage

E:

170 + ( .2 ( 962 )) = 362.4 Magic Damage

Lich Bane:

( .75 (110)) + ( .5 ( 962 )) = 563.5 Magic Damage

For a total damage of:

2845.1 Magic Damage 110 Physical Damage (Ain't nobody got time for AD items with all this AP!)

Now, I realize that this does not take Runes and/or Masteries into account, and I know I am enough of a no-life to factor that stuff in, but it got boring pretty quickly.
