Refunds for VGU Champion Updated skins?

So I was curious, I remmeber awhile back when they first redid Rengar they offered refunds to people who didn't like the new direction & was curious if RIOT does the same for skins for Champs that are getting Visual reworks? Really not liking the direction Hyena Warwick has gone & that feels like wasted money now because I have no intention of ever using that skin over base due to the new theme of it.
