[IDEA] "Practice Zone" Map & Game mode.

It would be cool if riot worked on / implemented ( if they aren't already) a "Practice Zone" (per say)... Just make it a Decent sized box or circle zone(or, Summoners rift is fine I guess, just remove minions), where you have access to the store 100% of the time, have infinite amount of gold, Can change your masteries/runes mid game, Can choose your level, and if you don't have friends with you, can choose the levels and the Items of the bots, can **switch them from neutral to normal. **(Neutral being they sit at the middle of the map and let you beat on them, normal they'll attack like normal bots).

This way, when trying new builds, you won't have to spend hours playing normals or bot games over & over again. Also, you can figure out what situational builds you like the best, say the enemy team has alot of MR or Armor, or just huge amounts of health, they have alot of cc, Etc (That's the point of being to pick the bot champions & changing their items.. To see what works best against what)

Would love feedback from people about this idea, please don't flame me if it's already been mentioned 150,000 times, I'm not a forum casual.. I tend to just play the game and come here when I need something answered.
