Communicating to league friends out side of client

hey i have an idea for league of legends and that is that on the league of legends webpage you should be able to log in to your league account and see what friends are on and communicate to them i think this will just make it a lot easier to see who is on before you load up league and if your on other devices like a phone you can just go onto the webpage and communicate with our friends. i would like to here your feed back if this is a good idea or what

To be honest you can just as easily add them on other services e.g. Skype, Steam or Facebook and just talk to them there. Adding another communication medium will just make things more split up and cluttered, I've already got too many of them to manage so I'm actually firmly against an idea like this. No, I wouldn't consider moving everything to LoL since LoL isn't the only game I play.
