Saving IP

I was think about it and have came up with an easy way to save over a thousand IP per 6300 champion. If you use the mystery champion shard that cost 1700 u get a champion shard. If you take 3 of these and combine them you get a permanent champion for a total of 5100 IP so if the only champions left for you to buy are 6300 u can save 1200 per champion by using this method but you have to own all none 6300 champions and will get random champions(but they will be champions you don't own).
