Urf Warwick Skin... Will It Ever Come Back?

As the title says, I was wondering if you guys thought the Urf Warwick skin has any chance at coming back. I personally would love to have the skin, Warwick is one of my favorite champions and the skin just looks so cool and it's so fabled.
