Chat Service Down?

I have relogged the client multiple times this morning, but for some reason the chat service doesn't seem to be working for me. It keeps saying "failed to connect to chat, please retry." I just went into a game, so it's not the whole server that's down but just the chat service. Anyone else?

same problem here and i saw a lot of ppl stop talk cause of that bug also can't see/talk to friends and it's annoyng :(
