I re-rolled 3 skin shards for a permanent and it was for a champion I don't even own?

I rerolled 3 skin shards a few times already. The first two times I got skins for champions that I owned. But today when I rerolled I got a Mordekaiser skin, who I don't own or play. Is this normal or suppose to happen?

yeah thats completely normal, you can get skins for champions you don't own. After re-rolling, I've even got both skins and champions I ALREADY own >.>
