How to use the 20 minutes till surrender is available?

Does anyone have any tipps how to use the 20 minutes until it is possible to surrender?

I have played normals today and 4 of 6 matches were stomp games because at 10 minutes someone either went afk, did not even connect the first time or just died over and over again so my teammates had fed 12 kills already at the 10 minute mark.

The matches are unfun and having to wait the 20 minutes is just a pain. The option "try to help other lanes" is not possible because it will only feed more. Play safe is not possible because the others start flaming cause i dont engage in 3vs5 fight (enemies having 5) with fed enemies. Sitting in base and chatting is not possible because of leaver buster. I really try to utilize those 20 minutes the best i can but it is just awful.

Any other options?

get to level 9, get blue trinket, get as much vision as possible. it's a little game i guess you could play since other team will clear them when they see them, so you want to place them where other team won't see them, and it's still helpful in case the odd !% off a comeback.

Just keep playing. Knowing how to play when behind is very important and can really help you in the long run.

Also make sure to stand up and do something after a stompy match like that. Sometimes tilt creeps up on you, and getting the blood flowing is a good way to lower your stress. Personally I either go make a sandwich or I make some hot chocolate.

Here's something you might try. Pretend you are going to win. Play like you are going to win.

Whenever you get the urge to type 'gg' in chat, instead type 'gj' ...you don't need to explain what it's for, everyone will assume you are being a friendly motivated player instead of the inconsiderate person you appear to be.

After your vote fails, don't call for another vote. Continue to try your best. Say motivation shit like, "we can do this team!"
