Why isn't there a pre/post game review for the tribunal?

Its annoying that someone who makes snide comments that can be frustrating in game then uses full toxicity out of game because they slip around getting in possible trouble with the tribunal. and same can go with being harassed by someone in pre chat for whatever reason and its really unfair to deal with. Sure you can leave post chat but if its someone who spends time looking at things like stats, its really annoying. i personally people shouldn't have to mute someone because that person has salt all the way up their rear. Can this be fixed please so there is less toxicity happening in the pre/post chat?
