You know nothing. Nothing says that Riot has to grant you full permissions on their private server, and you already signed away your rights to lawsuits when you agreed not to do those things that got you restricted. You would waste your money for nothing.

To everyone bashing the OP, while everything you wrote is true. Doesn't mean that he can't sue. You can sue anyone for just about any reason. Case would be thrown out immediately, but if he wants to waste his time and money that's on him. I mean it's not like Riot has a team of lawyers for this kind of situation...oh wait.
