What the game lacks, POSITIVE ENCOURAGEMENT

So, from what I have been reading and experiencing lately, it's "if you do this, you will be punished, if you do that, you will be punished",

I think you need to come from the other end of the stick.

How about, if you do this, you will get a ribbon, or if you receive 10 honours in a row, you will gain a 1k IP boost, little things like that, this will influence people into being good.

As it stands, there is no real reward for being yes, you can get honoured, but some people, are really dark and they report the good people out of spite to prevent them from getting a ribbon of such.

I believe Riot, need to kick the evil buggers out of the circle, or, as another post has said:

Force people to promote a MVP at the end of the game.

So when the game ends, you have to choose an MVP, from your team or the enemy team, or each team has to promote 1 MP from their own team, and then from the whole game.

Alot of aspects to be looked into.

But the ribbon is hardly ever seen, whoever has managed to get one, has been a sneaky fuck, because I know a lot of people report good people to prevent them getting a ribbon.

But the morale of the story,

Stop saying cant do this, cant do that, instead, start saying, you can do this, if you do this, if you behave, you get this and that.

That's what they're already doing. I think they're already too lenient. Trolls get too many warnings before receiving a punishment. It's like they'll end up ruining games for 50-100 people before they get a slap on the wrist.
