LP refund for changes to rune costs?

Just thought that might be cool. I don't even have all the runes that got discounted, but I'd still be able to get about 2000 LP back if they refunded the difference for anyone who already has those runes. That's a lot of LP to me right now, so I would be the happiest person ever if I could get that. Also it's almost my birthday, so Riot plz. If not that's okay too though, just thought I'd try asking.
