Who hates that the enemy team can see what you pick? Then they just purposely pick your counter or something you can't kill without putting through alot of effort ( Yes i know Blind Pick is a thing ) But in ranked you don't have the option of Blind Pick so enemy just exploits your weakness Its really stupid and boring when you get put versus your counter just for the sake of it

All you did is explained how Draft pick works.
Plus, even you can see their picks too, so both got the same share.
Maybe it's best for you to stay away from ranked if you are that concerned about the enemy seeing your picks and you seeing the enemy picks. Any champion can win lane against their "counter". Ranked is supposed to be about skill and sometimes that skill must be shown vs a "counter". If you're that worried about playing against a "counter" then pick someone that you are good at despite a hard match up.
I have my "I don't know who the enemy will be so I'll pick my safe pick" champion and my "I'd rather play but I don't like some matchups" when I'm okay with the matchup.
