Riot 10 Year Celebration- Why did I only get the Summoner Icon?
I finally got the Summoner Icon for the Riot 10 Years Celebration just a few minutes ago. But I didn't get any skins.
"Every League of Legends player who has played a game within the last couple of months will receive a new summoner icon along with the Riot Kayle skin. If you don’t own Kayle, you’ll get her, too. If you already own both, you’ll receive a mystery gift. Players who can’t receive mystery gifts will instead receive the RP value of a mystery gift in their region."
I already own Riot Kayle, but I didn't receive a mystery gift or any RP.
Targons Blade- "From what I've heard, the animation is for the Summoner Icon, but you can check your gift history from the Account button in the store, then click purchase history, then Gifting History. These are going out in batches to ensure it gets to everyone properly since we're gifting millions of players this content. If you didn't get the rest of the gifts yet, sit tight while we get them out and if you have any reason to believe that you haven't been gifted the content by 9/23, let me know." Uke- "Hi, I go the summoner icon, but no mystery gift. Unlike people above, who just had no opening animation, I didn't get the item at all. Should I keep waiting?" Targons Blade- "Yes, sit tight until the 23rd. Any issues with this that aren't resolved by then can be looked into with a support ticket."
I didn't get an unlocking animation. There was just an window that popped up saying I got a new Summoner Icon. I checked my Purchase History and my Gifting History. Completely empty, save for the Icon which is in my Purchase History. Should I send a support ticket, or should I just keep waiting? Or am I just not getting anything else at all because I didn't play a game until after the initial wave of gifts?
