with matchmaking so bad it makes leveling even shittier
as lvl 24 have all level 20s on my team vs two high golds and silver then lvl 25's. Jesus matchmaking has gone to shit

riot never carred about the matchmaking for normals.
it kinda works like this: player xy plays 50 normals and loses lets say 40 out of 50. his normal mmr is now bronze 5. then he only plays ranked. for whatever reason he improves like a god and ends up in diamond 3. now he wants to chill so he plays normals. his normal mmr is still bronze 5 remember? players under lv 30 have a mmr in the range from bronze 5-4 (it feels like that) so there you have it. your enemy is diamond. "have fun" and "learn from your mistakes" (i mean getting stomped like a burning bag of shit)
riot never care and they never will care for the normal matchmaking. play ranked or play aram. if you have varus in aram you dont need much skill you just go full ad and poke with your q until the enemy team is dead.
